Meeting Educational Topics

Dwayne had mentioned at our last meeting that he was looking for people to present educational topics for our meetings. I'd like to use this thread for people to post what they might have and when the would like to present it.

If nobody has anything for September's meeting, I can present a paper that I wrote for brewersspot.com on the benefits and dangers of doing a 'secondary' fermentation. It might be a good source for discussion.

I have a paper on the history of beer I could convert if there is interest. But our drinkin' crowd may not be the right place for it.

If there's beer around at the monthly meetings....it's history.
