This year’s Big Turkey OVHA Club-only competition entries will be collected at our next meeting on Tuesday November 25th. If you can’t attend make sure that you send your entries with someone else as no late entries will be accepted. Winners will be announced at the Christmas party. Lots of great prizes this year!
Rules:
1. You must be a member of OVHA.
2. Only one entry per member.
3. Beer only, no ciders or meads.
4. You must submit your entry inside 2, 12oz plain unmarked beer bottles with plain caps.
5. Each bottle must have a standard BJCP label affixed with a rubber band. (Labels and rubber bands will be available at the meeting.)
6. All beers submitted must be identified on the label with the BJCP style and sub-style. Some styles will require additional information for the judges as set forth in the BJCP 2021 Style Guidelines (see Link Below)
Prizes:
First Place: Big Turkey Winner Mug, Traveling trophy, Brew your beer at Haynie’s Corner Brewing, $100 Gift card for Great Fermentations, 1 year AHA membership, 1 year OVHA membership dues
Second Place: $50 Gift card for Great Fermentations, 1 year AHA membership, 1 year OVHA membership dues
Third Place: 1 year AHA membership, 1 year OVHA membership
