How long will crushed grains keep?
Had a BDHU after I crushed my grains 3 weeks ago. They've been stored in a cool, dry area and covered well. Should I brew them today?

Yes. Brew away. You will be fine.
Some breweries buy grain pre-crushed. I like to crush the day before brewing in another room besides where I brew. It allows the lactobacillus containing grain dust to settle. Is it 100% necessary, no. Just a layer of precaution.

You gonna buy one, or be one?

The brew was a success! The O.G. was right on target.
