Can someone smarter than me help me here?
I was contacted by Gaurdianship Services of Southwestern IN about participating in an Event on 10/20. They were inspired by an event that they had attended and want to know if they can get help with their own fundraiser.
Right now they just have their feelers out and I'm not the most active guy at this stuff so I need to know if the group is willing to discuss this possibility or not. They are meeting next Thursday to talk about direction and so I'd like to give them a yes, no, or maybe.
I warned them that I was confused on excise enforcement right now and that they should research that. Also let them know about the group's other scheduled events for the year so that they may attend to get a better understanding of the management requirements.
Beyond that, I just brew, please help.

I have talked to them. I think they have realized the local beerfest market may be saturated until we get some more local breweries. When did they contact you?

I don't think they believe that. They told me that's what you said about it, lol. They called me after they talked to you. I asked them if you saying you didn't know about getting into another event was from Turoni's standpoint or the brew club and they said they though you were representing Turoni's. Just let me know if you guys want to help or not and I'll let them know. Thanks, Jim

Re: Gaurdianship - Event Request
We'll take it to the board at our next meeting. Most of these events are long in arrangements - this October is a very busy time for us.
I'm sure we would consider it for next year but I am not speaking for the board.
