Say cheese!
Yesterday I put in an order with Rebel Brewer. It was on my porch this afternoon! Amazing service! Along with beer supplies, they also handle cheesemaking supplies. I always thought that would be interesting, so I bought a kit from them. This afternoon I made mozzarella which only took about 1/2 hour. A gallon of milk makes about a pound. Beer and cheese... a great combo!

I just made my first batch of mozzarella. Tastes great and only took about 30 mins. Thanks for the start up John!
