Post by john mills » Thu Sep 29, 2011 11:21 am

Holy Redeemer 918 W. Mill Rd will be having their 2nd annual Tap & Cork Festival Saturday, November 12. 6-10pm. Food, beverages, and entertainment is included in the $25 presale $30 door ticket. Volunteers need not buy tickets. If anyone else wants a ticket PM me.
Set up will begin around 4:30pm.

Please post if you're bringing something so that it can be included in my most original tasting booklet.
You gonna buy one, or be one?

That's tonight. Sorry I don't think I can help tonight.
I will be there in November to help set up and serve.
Not sure at this time what beer I'll have.

I'd be happy to help set-up and can bring a couple 1-L bottles each of my Black IPA and it's evil twin that was brewed with Belgian Trappist yeast.

In the Fermenter: Cleaning solution
Bottle Conditioning:
In Action: Summer Kolsch, Northern Brewer Black IPA, Bel-dian Dark Ale (Black IPA brewed with Trappist yeast...)

Setup for Tap & Cork will take place at Holy Redeemer 4-4:30. Pick up equipment at Turoni's 3-3:30.
I've already got a bunch of stuff from Dutch. I believe Art has already volunteered his truck to transport the cart. A couple of strong backs will help with the loading if anyone is interested.
