I'm interested to know about late additions. 5 minutes versus 2 minutes or even at flame out. Seems pretty subtle at this point in the boil.
Bittering seems more straight forward to me but will be very interested to hear about this too.

I'd like to know more about Hop Mashing. Is it worth the extra Hops to do it.
